Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Please contact us prior to making any returns, whether it be for refund, replacement or repair as there are certain situations where the item may not be eligible. e.g.:
- Post-installation
- Signs of use
- Sale item
- Discontinued item
- Not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Not returned within 7 days after purchase
- No invoice or proof of purchase
- Not purchased on our Flexi-plan
- Item out of warranty
